Check to see if you are at risk for broken bones:
- Are you older than 50?
- Have you stopped having menstrual periods?
- Have you broken any bones from a minor fall?
- Do you avoid milk products?
- Has anyone in your family had a hip fracture?
- Do you smoke?
- Do you drink more than three servings of alcohol per day?
If you checked more than 3 boxes, then you are at risk for broken bones – get tested so you can make your bones strong again!
